Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all workmanship completed by Calibre Collision, ensuring your vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition with quality, safety, and durability in mind. This warranty remains valid for as long as you own the vehicle and becomes void upon transfer of ownership.
Paint Warranty
Our paintwork is backed by a Lifetime Paint Performance Guarantee. This means:
Durability: The paint applied to your vehicle is designed to last and resist fading, cracking, or peeling.
Workmanship: We guarantee our paint application against defects caused by preparation or application errors.
Manufacturer Standards: All paint is applied using approved materials and techniques to meet industry specifications.
Structural & Panel Repairs
We guarantee all structural and panel repairs completed by our team for the lifetime of your vehicle ownership. This covers:
Any structural repairs affecting the safety and integrity of your vehicle.
Manufacturer-approved repair methods ensuring your car retains its factory safety standards.
Proper alignment and fitting of panels to maintain aesthetics and function.
Parts & Components Warranty
OEM, Aftermarket & Second-Hand Parts:
Where second-hand parts are used, we ensure they meet the necessary safety and performance standards for the repair. All second-hand parts we source are carefully inspected for quality and suitability to ensure they function reliably and safely.
Any OEM or aftermarket parts used in repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty.
Parts supplied by the customer are not covered under our warranty for any existing damage, defects, rust, or prior repairs and paintwork.
Manufacturer Warranty Standards:
We follow manufacturer warranty standards for all repairs.
However, our warranty does not extend beyond the original manufacturer or dealership warranty period for parts and components.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms
This warranty only applies to the original owner of the vehicle at the time of repair.
If the vehicle is sold or ownership is transferred, the warranty becomes null and void.
The warranty applies only to repairs completed by Calibre Collision and does not cover subsequent damage or repairs done elsewhere.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear over time.
Damage from subsequent accidents or environmental factors (e.g., stone chips, bird droppings, or UV exposure beyond normal conditions).
Unauthorized repairs or modifications after our work is completed.
Issues arising from failure to maintain or care for the repaired area.
Any claims made after ownership of the vehicle has been transferred.
Any warranties beyond the original manufacturer or dealership warranty for parts and components.
Parts supplied by the customer, including any pre-existing rust, damage, or previous repair work.
Any intentional damage, or vandalism to the vehicle body or interior.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience any concerns with your repair, we’re here to help. To make a claim:

Provide proof of the original repair (invoice or job reference number).
We will inspect the concern and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
If eligible, we will promptly address the issue at no cost to you.
